Job brief
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Fresher or experienced
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge in cache, cookies, session.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Understanding the client issues.
- Troubleshooting the problems on users’ systems.
- Knowledge in networking and routing.
- Knowledge of html CSS or JavaScript is added advantage.
- Installing updating applications and packages on Microsoft and Linux platforms.
- Any degree BSc, MSc or other equivalent
