Job brief

Requirement for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to support the build and pre-deployment of marketing and sales related email communications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing across various platforms, to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities
  • Execution of sales & marketing campaigns – activities include but not limited to, campaign flow builds, email creation, campaign analysis, etc.
  • Support the execution of automated lead generation programs
    Report on critical email, sales & marketing automation campaign metrics
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on sales & marketing automation best practices including campaign executive, email and landing page creation, email deliverability and data integrity
  • Keep up-to-date on email, sales & marketing automation best practices with regard to automation capabilities, testing and projected results.
  • Understand and follow email, sales & marketing automation processes including workflow documentation and QA testing
  • Report on critical email, sales & marketing automation campaign metrics
  • Autonomously research, find, and implement the best solutions to solve automation problems
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to implement ideas and derive optimum results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 -2 years of digital marketing experience with experience working on marketing automation platforms such as Keap, MailMunch, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, candidate with knowledge of Mailchimp, sendingblue, may also apply.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of marketing automation and CRM experience
  • Previous familiarity/direct experience using a CRM system
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with B2B lead generation (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal, presentation
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as being a motivated, self-starter.
